Aromas of citrus, stone fruit with notes of apple and pear. Juicy and crisp, this wine is layered with stone fruit giving generous length of flavour.
Caracara Sauvignon Blanc 75cl (Central Valley, Chile)
A refreshingly zingy Sauvignon. Clear & bright with notes of tropical fruits & hints of citrus, it has well balanced acidity & a lovely crisp mouthfeel.
Fresh and zesty with grassy and dry bay leaf aromatics, fynbos (indidgenous South African bush), mineral notes, with hints of richness. This is a restrained Sauvignon Blanc with a palate that has lots of minerality and citrus with just a touch of green pepper and grass.

First time I have ordered the mixed case of Sauvignon blanc. I do have few favourites I order on top like Kim Crawford Sauvignon blanc but was pleasantly surprised by the mixed case which is very reasonably priced. I will be looking at that again
