Beautiful, luminous gold color with green highlights. Aromatic intensity on the nose, with notes of candied ginger, citrus zest and hints of graphite and sweet spices. The attack is straightforward and precise. The palate is beautifully taut, balanced by the barrel ageing. The mouth evokes yellow-fleshed fruit and notes of lightly toasted brioche. The finish is elegant and long. A complex wine with great freshness, ideal for ageing.
Meticulously hand-picked grapes, some parcels were picked in two times. Manual harvesting, manual sorting directly on the bunch and in the winery. Fermentation and ageing are made in 500l french oak barrels of which new oak is used. Aged for 6 months weeks on fine lees.
Nestling in the heart of the Alpilles mountains since 1489, Château d'Estoublon covers 300 hectares and lives to the rhythm of the olive harvest and grape harvest, combining olive growing and wine growing. This exceptional heritage, handed down from generation to generation, bears witness to the deep-rooted family history of Estoublon, united by a shared passion for cultivating the land and its riches.
Roseblood summons the imagination and celebrates Nature through a double echo to the snake, vibrant symbol of metamorphosis and seduction, and the rose, sweet and wild.
