Beautiful shiny pale gold colour. Aging on lees in barrels offers a white wine with a bright colour, a delicate and fresh nose of white fruits. Pleasant nose combining white fruits and floral notes, woody vanilla background. Silky, rich mouth, the aromas are carried by a persistent freshness. Very balanced, elegant, refined whole. A pure, clean, aromatic style.
Château Millet is an estate in Portets on the left bank of the Bordeaux region. It produces Graves AOC wines. The imposing château, the former property of the Count of Ravez, Keeper of the Seals of Louis-Philippe, was bought in 1962 by the Solorzano family, of Spanish origin (Rioja). In the 1990s the owners had to strip the self-awarded ‘Graves Cru Exceptionnel’ from their wine label.
Perfect for whole sea bream, cooked on the barbecue and served with homemade mayonnaise and a tomato salad.
