Zesty, light-bodied Spanish white - with an eye-catching label and name inspired by the 'paper dolls' of the Las Falles de Valencia festival, when puppets, often made of papier maché, are paraded around the town.

Lightly floral, citrus aromas. The palate is gently fruity with citrus and green apple characters, and fresh acidity on the finish.

Grapes are sourced from Murviedro's 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area. Produced predominantly from Viura grapes, blended with Sauvignon Blanc. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
