Combining notes of candied fruits, bitter oranges, apricot jam enhanced by a spicy touch (clove) and a very elegant toast, its bouquet is particularly charming. A balance in the mouth that is remarkable in every way reflects the very noble origin of this vintage. It reveals roundness and fat on the palate while retaining a great freshness that continues with a long and harmonious finish crowning the whole. The aromatic return continues indefinitely. Certainly, we are in the presence of a beautiful bottle of Sauternes.
