A deliciously aromatic white with aromas of passionfruit. Elderflower, citrus and pear on the palate with subtle notes of crisp apple. The "Afanc" is a mythical beast who slinks in the depths of a Welsh mountain lake. It is said to prey upon any foolish enough to fall into its pristine waters.

Solaris was hand-picked and pressed at the start of September 2025. The additional white varietals were harvested three weeks later from our PYC site. All grapes were de-stemmed, immediately pressed and fermented in steel. Bottled in February 2026 with elevated CO₂.
