Superb color pale yellow with bright tints. Nose elegant, with aromas of fresh citrus fruits. The balance is zesty and harmonius with great varietal expression.

This wine is made from the Picpoul grape in the South of France. It is medium bodied with citrus fruit flavours, floral notes and some minerality. Fresh and intense with citrus, lemon and lime flavours and minerally notes.

A very fresh and crisp wine that goes really well with simple seafood dishes.
