The judicious blending together of three grape varieties (40% Chardonnay / 30% Pinot Noir / 30% Pinot Meunier), sourced from all the property's crus, endows this Cuvée Brut Origine with perfect balance and remarkable quality. The use of wines from 3 consecutive years also helps ensure its consistency of style.

The Pierry-based winery is run by Claude Mandois, who began to adopt “natural viticulture” practices in 2000. Now, 32.7 out of Champagne Mandois’ 37 hectares of vineyard are certified as “organic”.
