Lovingly referred to as ‘Provence in a Glass’ our flagship rosé wine was inspired by long, languid days on the Côte d’Azur. A delicious balance of dry, fresh acidity with fruity aromas and lovely minerality, a glass of Pure leaves you wanting more.

Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing, partial cold maceration and temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected by inert gas from vineyard to bottling.

Delicious flavours of small red summer fruits precede an appealingly tense mouthfeel with citrus and lime. Polished and crisp. The ultimate aperitif and a perfect partner to Asian cuisine, grilled light meats and seafood. Pure pairs perfectly with fresh oysters with an orange and chorizo dressing or spicy prawn dumplings.

Beautifully packaged this has a slight smoky, spicy framing to it that’s really attractive. Delicate, nicely focused and seamless, with tangerine, fine herbs, a twist of black plum and some cranberry brightness on the finish. Lovely wine.
