Pale gold color with beautiful bubbles. The nose is delicately perfumed with notes of white flowers and ripe fruits. Harmoniously balanced. A raw wine with fine bubbles, persistent foam and an excellent long aftertaste.
Traditional method of sparkling wine production. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. After adding expedition liqueur, the residual sugar level is 6 g/l. Minimum 9 months on lees and 2-3 years in bottle.
Blanc de Blancs a fantastic aperitif, but it can also pair perfectly with a sea scallop carpaccio with finger lime and basil, or, in a more classic fashion, with turbot in a white butter sauce or vanilla-infused lobster.
