Vietti Dolcetto d'Alba Trevigne 2020 is an Italian red wine from the Alba region, made exclusively from Dolcetto grapes. This wine stands out for its fresh aromas of red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, combined with a subtle hint of violets. On the palate, it is vibrant and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a fresh acidity, which gives it a pleasant structure. 

The grapes come from vineyards located in Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga d’Alba and Castiglione Falletto, with an average density of 4.500 plants per hectare, Guyot cultivated. Limestone and clay-rich soil.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks for around a week, with daily pump-overs to extract the color. Malolactic fermentation and the subsequent refining take place in steel tanks.

It is a versatile choice that pairs well with pastas, pizzas and charcuterie dishes, offering an authentic and approachable expression of Piedmont.
