This full-flavoured wine is made with 100% Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and rounded off by a touch of oak to give it a toasty complexity. This, married to the rich dark-berried fruit makes Luzón concentrated and multi-layered on the palate.
Bodegas Luzón is a family owned estate and considered to be one of the top estates in the southern Spanish region of Jumilla.
Finca La Solana is our sunniest vineyard. It is located in Jumilla region in the south-east of Spain, in arid soils at 550m above sea level. This wonderful vineyard enjoys many hours of sunlight helping the grapes to obtain optimal ripeness.
